All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials

Subscription

Paid access to premium features and services on the MarketGlass platform

Prohibited Activities:

• • Unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
• • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• • Using automated systems to access the service without permission
• • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
• • Uploading malicious code or content
• • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Billing

• • All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• • Users are responsible for applicable taxes based on their jurisdiction

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• • Available for 30 days from the first payment date
• • Available only for new subscribers who have not previously used our money-back guarantee
• • Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support system
• • Guarantee does not apply to custom services, add-ons purchased after initial subscription, or accounts terminated for policy violations
• • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• • The 30-day period begins from the first payment date and cannot be extended under any circumstances

Cancellation

• • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• • No refunds for partial billing periods except under the money-back guarantee terms
